Channel 3 and channel 6 w

I have a Futaba FF9 and I'm triying to program my USB-II interface, but I get the channel 3 and channel 6 working together, on the throttle stick any idea wht is wrong???

The is a slight difference between the elongation of channel 3 and 6. Thus, the Interface does not duplicate these channels and reprogramming with IntCon won't help. It seems to be the PPM signal, that already contains the almoust duplicated channels. So check the mixer and channel settings of your transmitter to solve this. If the throttle stick causes that, maybe it's a mixer for the tail rotor and pitch for helicopters?

I have this switch assignment in the Futaba FF9 “AUX-CH SELECT”:

CH5>Sw-F
CH6>Sw-A
CH7>Sw-B
CH8>Sw-C

Al work fine except for the channel 6, I have played around with the switch assignment putting the CH5>Sw-A, CH6>Sw-B etc, The switch seen to be ok because they work on every channel except for the channel 6.

Any Idea what is wrong here?

I couldn't reconstruct your problem. It works fine with my mc-22 transmitter. Maybe your transmitter does not output channel 6. You can test this by attaching a servo at channel 6 of your R/C receiver.
